Report directly to the Associate Dean of Students. Responsible for the supervision, performance management, review, and training of professors for introductory graduate courses in an e-Learning environment. Maintain regular coaching by providing timely feedback on classroom performance in addition to creating content for better student and professor engagement. Role model proactive self-management and accountability. Regularly review reports and implement curriculum revisions, continually develop new ways to manage student engagement and assess outreach effectiveness.
• Provide weekly webinar presentations to students in an online environment designed to help support classroom learning for all SNHU-501 courses. Weekly webinar attendance increased student success in our SNHU-501 course by over 90%.
• Research, develop and implement written, video, and audio instructional materials in multiple content areas for instructors including Adobe Spark, Adobe Connect, and Smore.
